JubesNDish sells digital products and may operate marketing, product-delivery, and analytics tools. This notice explains the information we handle and how to contact us.
When you purchase through Whop, Whop processes payment details and may provide us with purchase, membership, refund, and access information needed to deliver products and provide support. When you choose to subscribe, Brevo may process your email address and email-engagement information. If you interact with our Pinterest content, Pinterest may provide aggregate content and account analytics. We may also receive information you choose to send in support or feedback messages.
We use information to deliver purchased products, respond to support requests, manage memberships, improve products, understand aggregate marketing performance, and send email only where you have subscribed or where otherwise permitted by law.
Whop handles checkout and product access, Brevo handles email marketing, Pinterest may handle content publishing and analytics, and Cloudflare hosts this notice and the webhook receiver. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, when required by law, or with your direction. We retain operational records only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, and legal obligations.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes.
